When he finally decided enough of the business, he went to work for one of his friends that owned a cab company with a good sized fleet. Standing around chatting with him about Ford CrownVics(because he knew I was deep into Vics at one time) he mentioned how poor the wiring harnesses where with the platform. He told me 200,000 miles were the life of the vics wiring harness and those cars got replacements and if the car had unsolvable issues, they replace the wiring harness.Im not saying the harness is your problem, but this thread reminds me of the chat my old friend and I had.</blockquote>
