Re: DDM Tuning hid kits..

I will probably be paying the premium and getting the phillips lights through spensors link I gave earlier. If something were to happen to them I am sure I will have long forgotten the price when it come time to need servicing, and still be confident that it would be taken care of.

Re: DDM Tuning hid kits..

I bought my HID's from them. Shipping and transaction was fine even thought Fedex could not find my house after 3 days of attemp so I picked them up myself. That was about a month ago and now I guess they are having backorders and only have 55watters.. Here are some before and afters..

Really makes a big difference. I got the 35w 5000k's and I still get flashed by others cars !

I dont know why you guys are so scared of the 55w's. I bought the 55's @ 6K temp because I had smoked H/L's and they say that the higher wattage will make the color a little less than what they show and are better for a headlight that will reduce light output. DDm explained to me that my 55wat 6k hi/low will look more like a 35w 5K. For the record I never get flashed. So if the 35 watt kits are out of stock just get the 55 wat kit.

yep, although im a little dissapointed that the rest of my order could not be shipped (880's for fogs and H11's for my girls car). But in the end the headlights are really what mattered to me.

Got them installed. They look good, but my underdrive pulleys are once again causing damn problems. About to blow $100 to upgrade to stock pulleys. (UD's are a huge downgrade in my book)

Im ordering fog hids soon but it'll be pointless with the underdrive pulleys.

MAn anytime someone says they are thinking about them I tell them to keep their stock pullies so you can go back. Agreed that they are not worth the trouble.

So ya, im getting the ABS light with the hids now. If i start the car then turn on the lights i get the ABS>

If im driving and decide to flick them on i get the ABS.

But if i turn them on before starting the car -- nO ABS LIGHT

never had this problem with my old ebay hids which came with a harness. Im going to order a harness from DDM and get rid of this problem. This is starting to cost more money lol

i also heard this happens when the ballast is near the abs module. But where is the abs module on a mustang?
