When I voiced my concern that I wanted it to look like it was prior to the damage (no bondo), I was told that 30-40% claims are re-adjusted. It comes down to the shop. Sounds to me like they low-ball and try to get away with it then make it difficult to come up as the shop then has to deal with the insurance company. 1st claim eva in 20+ years if you don't count windshield replacements, so I'm not real happy.I've got a lead on a fender the supposedly the same color ~2.5 hrs away in good shape no dents or scratches, so I'm going to try that first. Next on the list is to try one of those paintless dent places, found one under an hour from me and near a real body shop recommended to me.Thanks for the help and support guys.</blockquote>
