It very common for dealerships to modify a car after they get it to sell it and mark up the price point. (ie dealerships in the Mohave tend to modify cars and trucks with oil coolers and undercoating.) But as far as I've seen, it wasn't an option on the order list. (At least I don't remember ever seeing it there) I'll see if I can find the PDF's of order options. BTW all 96-98 mustangs have Romeo engines.  The only reason mustangs got the Windsor from 99 to mid 01 is because there was a fire at the Romeo plant.</blockquote>
