Connectors,hoses etc need to be checked and replaced....If you take care of these issues and stay on top of the maintenance these cars can last a long time. Body dents are usually because owners are not careful where they park. I have one small ding from an idiot co-worker over a 13 year ownership. If you treat your Mustang like a 20yr old beater and just park it in the first open spot etc and don't take care of it then it will be in the condition that you described. Remember its a mechanical device and it can be fixed.</blockquote>
