Good luck finding a manual drivers side door pull. Mine were shot and it took me forever to find a pair of tan nos from a Ford dealer in Pennsylvania. The black one is a repro but I could not find a drivers side in black.

Yah my passenger side is great but the drivers side has a tab under it broke. It's more annoying then anything. I'll probably hit up some yards and find one out of a V6 car. There are a few really good tutorial forums posts out there for stripping and refinishing them to match original.

My car is not a GTS. Mine is a 1997 GT. Originally all of the interior was tan. The door pulls and panels were trashed. The carpet was nasty. So I replaced the carpet with black and searched for replacement door panels but could not find them in tan with manual windows. I had to settle for black and tan but then could not find a black door pull for the drivers side. I was lucky enough to find new door pulls in tan so I snatched them up. I also replaced the cloth tan seats with black leather ones.

I still think you should refinish the door cups in black  Would make your interior flow nicer! I can find that thread for yah on how to do it if you want.

Or just get a can of this. http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/MET-FL51/95-98-Mustang-Black-Lacquer-Interior-Paint

I am always on the lookout for a drivers door pull in black. The tan ones have kind of grown on me. What I really need to find is the black & tan quarter panels for the back.

It's all what makes you happy! Those links in my above post would help you redo your back panels though and save you the headache and money of trying to find and buy some.

Very nice car and very clean, reminds me of my 96 I had.
I don't understand why people get so excited over a GTS, all it is a base model GT. I'd rather have my leather, power windows, and cruise control rather than save a few pounds, I can lose that weight else where

Mr. Skinny!!!! he will help you lose the weight :D
