Everything moves smoothly when loose, pistons and pins. This is why i just cannot get it. Only thing i can think of is that the pistons do not get pushed straight in the bore so the seal cannot pull them back when pedal is released. Maybe the bores were machined for cleaning when they were rebuilt so they are a bit "oversize" to guide the pistons correctly.</blockquote>
