DTC P1131 and 1260

my 98 gt randomly threw these codes tonight. anyone ever had it happen?

i know 1131 is bank 1 is lean, and 1260 is theft detected - engine disabled, but i drove it home, and started it 3 more times after that no problem.

i dont want to wipe them with the xcal until i know its ok.
any help would be appreciated.
