There is no reason a person can't run one on a daily driven street car. I had one on my nova and it made almost 30k miles in Death Valley and even with several cross country trips. The hour rating on some high quality WP's is longer than the warranty most manual WP and even out last a lot of your standard Autzone/Pep Boys reman parts.I'm not trying to say that they are 100% better or anything but the idea that you can't run EWP at all is silly. Heck even Ferrari and Porsche have factory EWP's on some of their engines.And the reason to run a EWP is just as much about consistency with coolant distribution than it is with freeing up the few ponies on the top end by helping to reduce rotational drag.</blockquote>
