If you changed a bunch of stuff and a lot of air got inside, there could still be some left and the water/air just slide against eachother until something inside changes (fluid flow from revving). You'd notice a leak either through a sensor or checking the reservoir if 96+.It could be the fan is getting super old and doesn't move enough air, but that's easily checked with a hand behind the shroud.</blockquote>
