I'm looking to head up to Englishtown in Jersey in a couple months or closer to the spring time to race the 1/4. Anyone go there? It's probably about an hour drive from where I am and I'm going with a couple people. I read on their site that all you need to go down the 1/4 is a drivers license and if your car runs a 13.99 or quicker you need a helmet, I don't have to worry about that lol. Not looking to race seriously (yet), just curious to see what my car can do and possibly beat my friends.
I'm going to be going up against two other cars. One is my brothers 91 fox, dumped flowmasters, no cats, and a cai, stock auto and rear end. Other car is a 06 4.0 mustang, 20'' rims, cai, tuner, 60mm tb, axle backs and electric cutouts. I think i can run faster than both of them, my brother won't know how to launch and the 06 has some mods but only pushes 160 rwhp stock. I think i can take both of em, hopefully anyways.
Anyways was just curious to see if anyone here lives around the NY, NJ, PA area that go to Englishtown as this will be my first time down there pretty soon.
