does it work that well on all steel or only chrome plated stuff like wrenches.

Look on the website to see what it can be used on.

Yes, that's a craftsman wrench. All my wrenches rusted all by themselves.

When you leave something outside like that it can take some grizzley tolls on things.....

I had left a coffee can on the driveway by a project car, the can had bolts in it that were removed during tear down. I also left a cheapo brand ratchet and some craftsman wrenches in there. the can filled with water during a rain we had and the ratchet rusted up instantly, that rust floated off and on to everything else, thats how the pics above looked. that rust just wiped off but the craftsman stuff hadn't rusted, thats why i was surprised they were craftsman. but in my case it was only out there a few days, maybe a week at most.
I used to use some stuff in a brown and yellow can called Rust Eater, it was like WD40 on crack, spray that on something and it came clean instantly, put it on a stuck bolt and you almost didn't have to use anything but your fingers to take it off. I can't find it any more the next best thing is Penatrol but its not much better than WD40.

i have some Rust Eater too BigTang, that stuff works wonders. you can spray it on something and watch the rust drip off instantly.

that looks to be a good product though, I like the rotor idea, i may go pick some up and try it as well.
