The factory pipe was tied into a long tube that runs just above the passenger side of the h-pipe and then up above the header. There it's bolted to the block with a bracket and tied into a black plastic valve with a hose and clamp.Obviously the o/r pipe isn't setup to tie back into this tube. So my question is... what is the tube and is there a proper way to cap it off? My guess is that it's something to do with the EGR system, but I'm not sure. Should I cap it off under the car, or take the whole pipe out and cap it off at the valve in the engine compartment?</blockquote>
