Exhaust Sounds

I want to get everyones exhaust all in the same thread with videos and sound. I know we sorta had one a while ago but I think we should start a new one and sticky it like the lowering springs picture database.

so everyone put a video up of your exhaust from headers to tips and anything that could change the way the exhaust sounds(i.e. heads/cams)

Here is two videos of my car with the old Borla XR-1 mufflers matted to Pypes O/R X-pipe and BBK Equal-Length Headers, which have changed as of today......

NPI bone stock exhaust

98 NPI GT w/ BBK o/r X- stock mani's- stock c/b

Now with L'01 PI motor (same exhaust setup)

P.S. Don't mind my kids talking in the background..lol

knuckles, to make it look like their's does just put and put the hyperlink in the middle like you would a picture.

Man all those sound really nice.

**TIP on posting the YOUTUBE videos**.... for some reason when you post their embedded link it leaves all these extra numbers and words. I just preview the post before I post and go back through and delete the words and letters I can see and it doesn't hurt the video at all. Just a little pointer if you didn't know.

Thanks, the High compression (like 12:1) I think it was really wakes it up. Those are supposedly one of the quietest mufflers on the market (Borla XR-1). I cant wait to get some seat time with my new Kooks SS Mufflers!!!

best way to do this if we wanted to make a database type thing of it would be mp3 files just so they load quicker and all that.

maybe someone wants to take it on as a little project?

i would do .avi or .mpeg or something. just having a sound with no video would screw up the perspective, i.e. if the car was passing you or w/e. Plus, it'd be easier just to convert the video files over to another video format i think, rather than ripping the sound from them. They should still load fairly quickly. Idk, I just like the see the cars that I'm listening to i guess...

I have the 40's and am wanting to switch to a different muffler, and was wondering if the bassani has the drone like the flowmaster's. I really like the sound of the bassani.
