He says there are 2 sensors on our intakes that tell the fans when to come on when the temp gets to a certain degrees. One is the sensor that tells your gauge how hot the motor is, if your gauge is working, then that sensor is fine. the other one runs into the front the metal pipes that go into your heater core. Its on the top one in the front of the motor. Im not sure how you would test it, being it kicks on at a certain temp. Im not sure if you can just bypass this senser. Im going to test it tomorrow. Maybe this is what your issue is also?also if you still have your AC hooked up, the fans should turn on when you turn the AC on. whether its filled or not, when that knob is turned to ac it should kick on.
