Thats nice to know, and i appreciate that. Stick around if you ever need anything man drop a pm.

See Chris, This is the awesome shit that i was talking about when i wrote my orig Pm to you.

Definitely broseph!

Exactly Willis, that's what makes this place a home for me.

I concur.

UPDATE:

Been enjoying the **** out of this thing so far. Clearly I couldn't not mod it so I had to do something... Although none of these parts have anything to do with performance they are sort of little holdovers for the time being.

Thanks to Shifty Powers for making these parts happen :)

Got some smoked film for the side markers/third brake light. They were cheap as hell so I figured why not.

In an attempt to keep the rockers/skirts cleaner I got some nifty OEM looking front spats to control the constant $hitstream being thrown up and around the roads in NYC. They certainly do that job.

Threw in a white shift ball, the stock plastic one wasn't too comfortable and far too chunky IMO. (also did a shifter bracket at the same time. Shifter is much crisper now.)

The big thing I did was to install a full take-off OEM leather interior in the car. When I purchased the car, the next option package included too many other gimmicks that I didnt care for + leather. So a little eBay search and $350 later I have a brand new interior in my car that is 100% OEM quality. Took about 5 hours to install, and I had all the hog ring and tools from when I did the seats on my 96 Cobra. Now I have the EXACT spec I wanted without paying even close to sticker. :)

Old and busted...

New hotness...

Oh and snapped a few pictures of the car. Gotta start working on the exterior soon.

That is all for now!

Looks sick dude,

I always noticed that sn197 seats were frekishly cheap in comparison to the 94/04 seats

What are your plans for it, besides raping ls cars with only 5 liters

Well I finally did it. My first new car... Very happy with it so far, already miss my Cobra though...

Definitely not leaving this forum, and will try to convey all the "expertise" I've gathered by being an SN95 owner for the better part of the decade.

Pix for clixx:

Thanks a bunch everyone.

Willis, I think s197 stuff is cheap because it's currently in production, once these cars become older the parts will jump up in $$$. Plans are to do some wheels/suspension and continue to make more power with it. :)

Tony, thanks for the compliment brother.

Chris, thank you, youre doing a good job here. Which avatar were you talking about?

I'm gonna keep this a running thread with little/big $hit I do to the car. Plan is to keep it for a while :)

Glad to see you got the other stuff installed man.. Did you do the rear fender tint as well? Its nice that the markers dont stand out as much and look all random there.

the seats look awesome man!!! Surely worth the money! Well done on that!
