Message: <blockquote data-quote="ttocs" data-source="post: 1079924" data-attributes="member: 11896">Like I said above if you guys look at that useless space directly behind the consol on the tranny hump I looked at mine the other day and noticed it was perfect.  It could rest on the floor for support, and then mount the strap/mount to the back of the consol with some short screws.  It was back out of the way were you will not hit it but sticks up just enough that you can easily grab it from the drivers seat, with the belt still on.  Perfect place imo.Another point you need to consider about the big ones is they need a super solid mount as heavy as they are.  I mean you just leave it rolling around the trunk and rear end someone and it might end up in the passenger seat next too you.</blockquote>
