Foglight troubleshooting help

Fog lights don't come on.

The button in the center console lights up, but elicit no response. All other lights/options work fine as far as I can tell.

Where should I start as far as troubleshooting is concerned? I don't have the owner's manual, but would like to at least check the fuse(s) first. Can anyone help me?

Its for 94-95s but lots still relate to the 96-98:
