Wednesday night I decided I needed to destress and burn the late night oil so I finished the gear setup. The final results.. which I think is okay for a used set of gears and bearings. The roller bearings snd races looked to be in decent enough shape to see how it sounds once installed. Going to cut the studs at work today to save myself the $30. Then I cleaned and primed the drivers glass Then applied the windshield glue and bolted on the bracket. Ill check on it im a few days Then I put the carpet back in a d started trouble shooting thr passenger quarter window. When it goes all the way down it seems like it goes off the track or the gear on the motor is stripped or perhaps a lowering window stop is missing.. I have to physically push the window up 1/4"-3/8" then it will go up on its own. I will investigate this further later.. I will probably just change the whole window motor assembly since I have one laying around.
