When it goes all the way down it seems like it goes off the track or the gear on the motor is stripped or perhaps a lowering window stop is missing.. I have to physically push the window up 1/4"-3/8" then it will go up on its own.  I will investigate this further later.. I will probably just change the whole window motor assembly since I have one laying around.</blockquote>
