They are not UPR's. The openings for the needles are just ever so slightly smaller than the disc at the base of our needles. The faces are 3 pieces. 1 for fuel/temp. 1 for speedo/tach, etc. You just thread the 2 needles into the openings on each face section and carefully work the face down and around each needle base. I used a small flat tipped screwdriver. Repeat for the other 2 sets. It's a snug fit but not too difficult.</p><p></p><p>GT</p></blockquote><p></p>
