Message: <blockquote data-quote="fastgtfairlane" data-source="post: 379906" data-attributes="member: 9545"><p>if i were you i would get them in a heart beat. i found a deal just like yours for the same exact set of headers. bbk equal lengths off a fox body for about the same price. i figured i would give them a shot for that price. i was warned about equal lengths just like you are and when i put them on it was actually the exact OPPOSITE of what everyone says. obviously the people that are talking about them being a pita are the ones that have never used them before or are not at all mechanically inclined. the swap took about 4 hrs. i did have to jack the engine up a few inches but probably could have gotten away without it if i removed the tb. also took the battery out and took the 4 bolts out of the a/c compressor to get to the front bolts. i took all the plugs out and put them back in after the equal lengths were in and it took under 10 minutes for all 8. i custom cut my own plug wires and have the 90 degree boots on them before i did the header swap and have had them on for about 8 months so far without any burned plug wires. if needed i will post pics proving anyones thoughts about equal lengths being garbage. hell my neighbor who is also a mustang guy was suprised cause he heard the same thing that everyone is telling you. i say for 60 bucks definitely go for it and i ACTUALLY have experience with equal lengths, in fact the same pair you are asking about and they work like a champ. still no leaks. and they look cool under the hood.</p></blockquote><p></p>
