This is abolt with a matching washer which has the hole off set to one side. When this bolt is turned it pushes and pulls the strut to bring it back in to specification. The kits from napa normally are about 30-50 depending on the part number, install time is 1/2 HOUR and then the alignment. From us its 40 kit, 42.5 install and 59.95 alignment so its pretty close to what hes estimating.</p></blockquote><p></p>
