Fuel Pressure / And tune Questions

I have had muy 94 GT for a few months now, still trying to get it tuned perfect, so Have a few questions. I have 30LB injectors, do I need raise my F/P or do I keep it at 39psi with the VAC off, also How can I tell if the MAF has been Cal for 30LB injectors. My car is bucking alittle at low RPMs around 1500 an below, Just replaced my O2s and didnt solve my Problem, I have Cleand The MAF, IAC about a month ago. I do have a MOTAS chip with a tune for the car, But it was done threw e mail. I am asking here because I am stationed in Germany and finding a tune shop for a Mustang here is very hard and cost About $1000-$2000 for a dyno tune.

My bolt ons are

Professional Products Typhoon Intake
Professional Products Intake adapter
Anderson B-31 camshaft
TFS Twisted Wedge heads
PRW push rods
PRW 1.6 roller rockers
30LBers and CAI
also if you know how to read tunes from binary let me know and ill send it to you fto look over.

I'm convinced our cars don't need adjustable FPR. Did you buy a MAF for 30lb injectors? The car would be running very rich if it's not calibrated.
