Fuel Pressure Test Port

Yeah, I'm a noob. Broke my fuel pressure test port fitting installing my nitrous system. What do I do now?

take a picture of it so we can see how the break is, jb weld might do it

Did you break the fitting itself? Or strip the rails?

please don't trust your fuel system to JB Weld. Do you really want to take the chance that it won't spring a pin hole leak and spray highly atomized fuel on top your hot engine?

lol ya i know, i havent seen the break yet tho! give us a pic or buy a new fuel rail

Definitely not going to JB weld this lol I broke the fitting off just level with the fuel rail. Threads should be fine on the inside. Please tell me that fitting threads into the rail and is not hard tapped. That way I just have to find a way to get the old fitting out and put a new one in. Where would I get a new fitting?

i couldnt find a new one anywhere so i pulled one out of a junk yard, its just threaded in the rail.

Glad to know Im not the only one thats done this before! It looks like a pretty common fitting, I couldnt find it at at parts store? Id go check but its sunday and theyre all closed around here.

An extractor should be able to thread out the broken end. The thread size is a 1/16 NPT
