Hello.
I would need to pick your brains regarding replacing of the OEM fuel pump. As the car is almost 30 years old I woul dlike to replace the fuel pump to reduce possible problems on the road as precautionary job.
Car is stock and wil remain stock so I don't need a HiPo pump but an OEM comparable will do. Rockauto seems most convenient for me as the shipping is a breeze.

If I look at the daily driver classified products the Carter P74151HP would contain everything I need at once - although it seems to be hi-vol pump.
Carter P74151HP

Then there is the Delphi pump & housing assembly HP10145, which is quite affordable.
Delphi HP10145

I have no idea of what Carter or Delphi quality is nowadays.
Any comments or ideas regarding stock replacement with these or something else?
