Thanks so much guy's! I'm so damn happy with it. For those of you who don't know, my 97 GT was totalled about 2 weeks ago, I worked from 13-16, scammed, schemed, and plotted to get it brand new. Over the year's it grew a decent bolt-on suspension, 5.0 stroker, ported heads, T56, Novi 2200 etc. Needless to say I had a ton of time and effort in it. A guy cut acrossed my lane and ended it pretty quick, before I knew it my car was gone and I never saw it again. After explaining to my wife the differences between newer Cobra's, Mach 1's, and my car, she came to the logical conclusion that the closest thing stock was an 03/04 Cobra. I thought I would have to look far and wide to find one the way I wanted it, but aparently the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away holds true here. My initial impressions are great. It has a cockpit I am oh so familiar with, but alot of new/update thing's I didn't have before. Like cruise, pw/pl/fog light's/traction control (blows BTW). Car rides great, and power is excellent. Feel's quicker off the line than my old car, but that only last's about 10 feet. For a stock car though, dayum! Got it up to nearly 140 in about 16 seconds! Even sounds fairly tough for a factory cat-back. Look's kinda weird to see the exhaust hanging down there like it does though. I love these seat's too, fake suede sticks you right in there, and they even have adjustable lumbar! Since my back is still sore, that's real nice. Best thing is, none of the creaks and rattles my car had have developed here yet, so sub-frames are first thing on the list this time. Hopefully I'm still cool enough to hang out with you guy's even though I don't have an SN anymore :drunk: I'll try not to develop one of those Cobra superiority complexes :slap:
