Fuse Box diagram

I am looking for a diagram to the fuse box underneath the dash or some sort of wiring diagram. I am trying to see why my cig lighter and car seat won't work. I checked the fuses and they are all good.

I know this thread is a little old but I had the same problem. There's a fuse box on the driver's side of the engine bay check that. Your owners manual will tell you which fuse it is, I don't know off hand.
