gearbox whine help..

Lately my gearbox has been screaming loud when in most gears. This car has been through it all. The trans is stock and the fluid has been changed many times.It has a diaper on it from leaks as of now. I heard that the yoke grinds on the tranny and makes the noise... any help on what else it could be and what am i looking at to fix it. The car shifts fine just whines really loud. has 75 shot.410s daily drivin-bigger injectors the works.Id really love to sell it for a older honda or something good on gas if anyones intrested on the east coast. any help. I dont race the car at all. if i would of lost all the fluid it woulda had to of leaked on the ground ..

I had the same problem, I thought it was my new gears, come to find out 1 year later I blew my transmission, its either going bad or low on fluid, My case was low on fluid didnt check it and one day got stuck in 3rd gear and the noise got louder and then BOOM so becareful have a transmission shop check it out, and keep checking the fluid, goodluck man

damn. its in the shop now it is really loud and i daily drive it.. how much do trans go for nowadays
