getting painted..need some input on pricing

Ok so i have 95 DFG and i want to get the new hood painted its a 3.5 cobra hood and also my taillight bezels are black and want them to match also mirrors. Now i talked to a buddy who said 650$ and thats to blend into fenders and bumper up front and i really dont care bout mirrors and bezels being blended so what you think any input would help im in iraq and cant exacty got to the closest shop and ask thanks guys!!!
