I've got the harness, upper and lower intake, fuel rail, injectors, gonna get the heads, gaskets, and head bolts. So... what else do i need? I know i need to get my ECU tuned, but could I do that myself? What would I need to do that?
I also know that the splitport doesn't have a fuel return line, how should I go about dealing with that? Do I just plug off the return line?

Any and all help will be amazing! Recommendations for parts and tunes will be much appreciated!

I'm pretty sure you can just run a return regulator mounted anywhere it fits and then deadhead the split port fuel rail.

If the regulator is adjustable that might take care of your tuning too, at least partially.

Scope creep is real but depending on your plans since you don't have heads yet, if you can score a whole 4.2L engine out of a F150 or E150 they'll have somewhere around 30 ft-lbs more torque and also (depending on year) would have a balance shaft which makes the car feel considerably smoother & lets it comfortably rev a lot higher.
