Like what ReplicaR stated check the threads. I had a similar problem when I did my brakes on another car accept I bought the wrong fitting and while the threads matched, the bolt was too short and didn't tighten up properly. While it fit/felt tight, the length of the fitting was wrong and created a leak. If the threads are not matched properly that is most likely your problem then. I don't see why you would need to reflare your lines either if the thread or bolt is the problem.</blockquote>
