gonna replace my maf soon. i have been looking at the granatelli maf. anybody had any issues with these? thanks guys...

Why do you need to replace your MAF?

if your having problems with it, give it a good cleaning first. stock mafs are good for most N/A applicatons, if you wish to switch it out, are you going to have boost in your future?

just replacing some stuff with high mileage. might as well upgrade while i'm doing it. who knows, might be some boost in the future...

No need to "upgrade", you'll be fine with the stock unit.

I'm not trying to sound like an ass.
There isn't anything to gain by just changing out the MAF. I can understand wanting to replace stock parts with better ones, but in this case you'd be better off to spend the money on something else and just clean your current one.

Now, if you're making big power and need the extra space for tuning, then by all means buy a big MAF.
