Gawd the more and more I read and hear about the power you gain from a PI swap the less and less I do it..so many people are sketchy upon it, I really hope I'm spending my money wisely. I already got my heads..

Alright i've done the swap, was very upset with the numbers, seen other ppl do it and were happy wiith there numbers but i say dont even bother buying the stock 99-04 pi heads, deff get them ported and polished b/c thats where your gains are imo

I dont have the money to port and polish. I've seen videos of a stock 01 gt with cams and bolt ons running 12.1's in the quarter..

Yeah that car is deffinately set up for racing has full suspension and slicks and everything else, probably some weight reduction too...but yeah N/A thats impressive...good find man :thumbsup:

i was there for that run, that guy is awesome. definately knows his 4.6 shit, if you've ever had a conversation with him.

I like to see ppl who leave there interiors alone and do no weight reductions and produce high numbers i think thats way more impressive imo

with the stock tb/plenum and mods in my sig minus the procharger my car made 271rwhp/281rwtq with a dyno tune. Thats roughly an 80rwhp increase, I thought that was a very respectable. Did you have your car tune after the swap 96stanggt?

Im doin the PI swap for some hps and also because I have 90k on my car and just wanted to freshen it up a bit. Im not goin to be disappointed if I dont have too much hp.
