It looks like I am going to have to do head gaskets on my 95 GT and I was thinking about slapping a set uo GT-40Ps on it (on a budget). How badly will it screw with the computer. I know my 89s will work well, but with the 95s temperment, I was hoping to get by with out the expense of the tune. Also, if I slip an E cam in, will that cam float the valves with the stock springs in the heads? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

If you can you might want to do a set of just regular GT-40's you will have more availible options for Headers. If you do a set of heads and a cam try and do a upper and lower. You will want to do a tune depending on how much your going to do.

That's true, I ready have BBK full-lengths on the car. I was going to do an intake as well, but I have to wait for the cash. Figured I would take care of the bigger issue first.

i was pretty sure that the only headers that would work with "p" heads were MAC, and maybe one other brand... your current BBKs might
not fit just right...

Yeah look at the regular 40's or even seen if you can snag up a set of aluminum heads off the classifieds.
