Little over 400 shiped. Comes with just about everything you need. Except a window switch. Nice stuff.

Nice..hey since your doing a 5.4 swap, what motor is commonly used for that swap? I know that is completely random but I just didn't know.

Fpr the 96-04's its a direct swap. just minor things required to make it fit, nothing that a backyard mechanic couldn't do.

Your close! :p The Navi motor is a 5.4 4V like the GT500 (but the navi has a aluminum block methinks) and the f/e-150 and expeditions have the 5.4 2v's. My particular engine came out of a f-150

Oh, ok, so the navi is a 4v like the Ford GT and GT500, but the f-150 and expeditions are 5.4 2v, is there any way to make the 2v a 4v?(I know nothing about mod-motors)

There is a way but its kinda involved. Then on top of the changes you have to make to the engine there are some wiring diferences. But really its not horrible. But it is easier just to buy one enigne or the other =)
