Message: <blockquote data-quote="xsoutherngun89x" data-source="post: 281667" data-attributes="member: 10002">see if you can locate any id numbers on the block. there should be something on there. also look at any fasteners or bolts that would have needed to be taken off for block removal. if they dont seem to have ever been touched by a wrench, chance are you have heads and not a complete motor. also try and do a carfax, if some owner before you grenaded the original motor, chances are it got replaced with a later model(i.e. PI) motor. just throwin those out there, might work.</blockquote>
