The downside is the guy didnt know the brand and they didnt come with seat brackets. I tried bolting them to my stock seat brackets (which worked after drilling new holes into the brackets) but they arent wide enough for the the front seat studs and also not wide enough for the rear holes(about two inches off...not wide enough).
