So I went 12.87 at 108 mph on my npi motor with 150 shot.

I swapped the motor out for a 2003 pi motor, put some headers on and just a 100 shot also getting a custom dyno tune.

My question is where can I drop weight on my car, don't want to cut anything out but any way to quickly remove weight on the car so when I go to the track next Friday im hoping to be in the 11s, any chance of this happening?

duff daddy what where your buddies mods?

I have 97 auto gt with a 2003 pi motor swap, bbk shortie headers, egr delete, built tranny with 3k stall converter, or x pipe and bullet mufflers.
100 shot plate kit from NX and dyno tune

I may have missed it but I didn't see front sway bar on there. A lot of guys take em off at the track or before they go. Reduces a little weight and help the front come up for transfer to rear wheels.

The quickest thing would be removing the back and passenger seats since they can always be put back in whenever you're ready. If it wasn't a street car also I'd say the dash, they're an effing chunk!

Pull your spare, jack, passenger seat, back seats.Hell two 8mm bolts and a plug for each air bag and they come right out.Front sway bar, front bumper.

You can go 99-04 brakes one day, there a lot lighter calipers and a tubular front end.

Car us capable of 11s if you can get a 1.5-1.7 60 ft out of it...

Don't fill up the fuel tank before you go... Leave it relatively low, that should be a few lbs less

well back seat is out, trunk is completely gutted, sway bars are off.....The car will always be a street car, not a daily as its just my toy, so I don't mind taking stuff out just still want to keep a clean look to it.......going to look into the brakes as well, lighter wheels are on the way in a month or so, gotta buy a ring for the GF first
