Message: <blockquote data-quote="duff daddy" data-source="post: 603795" data-attributes="member: 10730">life experience... ive seen ALOT more issues with coil on plugs (cops) and if you have worn plug wires you can see the issue ie worn insulation, arcing, cut, knicked ect and alot cheaper to replace a set of plug wires then 1 or 2 cop's. also with the solid coil packs mounted on the front if you do need to replace them, its alot easier then it is on some vehicles. my experince they seem to have alot less issues with them then cops. **** yes i know with cops its easy to swap from one cylinder to another, i still would wrather have the wire setup then cops****I know this is chrysler experience, but in 4 years of at least 60 cars in the shop a day, i think ive replaced MAYBE 4 coil packs.... and prob about 50 cops? hell even the beloved 4.0 has cops and it SUCKS. why do you think on hemi's (very very reliable engine) they use a wire set up even with 16 spark plugs?</blockquote>
