Hey everyone,

I am looking to do some upgrades sound wise to my 2001 Bullitt. I do not plan on getting a sub but I do want to get a dual din cd player with built in nav/bluetooth *to do hands free talking*/ and HD ready. I also want to be able to hook up my ipod which 99% of headunits these days are able to do that. I basically want to get a really good set of speakers and then a good dual din headunit.

Personally I've always been an Alpine guy. My brother got me into Alpine and I've always stuck with it.

I found this:
http://alpine-usa.com/product/view/ina-w900bt

I was a little concerned with the parts where it says the following:
"Upgrade your Sound

Upgrade your INA-W900BT with IMPRINT by adding the PXA-H100. Alpine has combined their in-vehicle sound system expertise with Audyssey's acoustical technology to deliver a sound system hardware-plus-software platform with breakthrough equalization technology. IMPRINT automatically overcomes the car's inherent acoustical challenges, and improves the sound stage, tonal balance, and definition for better sound faster.
Need a power boost?

Add the KTP-445 Head Unit Power Pack! It delivers a true 45W x 4 RMS power and is compact enough to install behind the INA-W900BT. It plugs right inline with the INA-W900BT's wiring harness so you don?t even need additional wires."

Sucks that I have to buy "IMPRINT" and the "Power Pack" to really get the full quality, plus I would still have to buy the HD box and the bluetooth box and that is just the headunit.... speakers would still be needed.

Anyways, I need some guidance from the "experts"

I look forward to powering my system and using my unit to do the time correction ont my system. I will rent ya mine.... It is a one time use that you take the measurements, it does its thing and then downloads the curves to the deck. Once you do that it you do not need the imprint module and you can mail it back.

you need a pc that runs xp.

What speakers are you running? I don't want a sub but I want to try to find speakers that will cover the bass and sound better than the stockers.

Post pictures after it's installed and tell me how ya like it!!!

What speakers do yall recommend?

If I get that Alpine INA-W900 with the HD box, bluebooth box, power pack, IMPRINT, backup camera and all new speakers will I need anything else? New alternator? Anything?

Not really. You wont need an alt unless you start installing amps. Even then most people dont. I PM'ed you about that deck....

I am running diamon audio hex 3 ways myself which is why the time alignment will be helpfull.

Not sure if you will get much from the imprint unit unless you are running amps.
