HID Bi-Xenon Question

For Christmas I bought myself a conversion kit online and its all hooked up and 'working'

However all I have use of is my low-beams. When I switch over to high-beams nothing happens. I just have low beams all the time.

I've checked and double checked my install and everything appears be plugged in correctly.

I have the 5000k 9007 size bi-xenon bulbs, but the high beams are just not working.

Anyone with HID experience know how I might be able to remedy this?

do you have the ballast that is set up for high beams?

The kit I ordered was a bi-xenon kit. I paid extra for it over the regular kit so I better have the right ballasts.

I will call the company tomorrow and find out for certain.

What Company Did You Order With?

Also keep in mind that although you have a "bi-xenon" kit and wanting to use the high beams, in my experience, has resulted in almost zero difference over using your low beams in terms of light output.

I think you need a relay to get it to work correctly, can't remember why to explain it but.......
