hissing sound low rpm's under load

first post I recently purchased a 1995 gt coupe. I checked the previous searchs and nothing came up. anyone have/solved this

does it have after market CAI. that could be hissing (making a air sucking noise) like mine does

I hear it with mine too. Idk if its the cai or not, never paid attention to it until recently since I've been learning stick, so no radio on.
