Hood release cable routing

I got a new hood release cable, and thought I could remember the routing, but it's wither hopping up on the strut tower or it's over the power management fuse box under the hood in order for it to fasten to the engine compartment wall. Anyone know how to route this dang thing?

1998 GT Vert, if it makes a difference.
