Houston - Help to "tune" 3.8 computer on race car so we can remove cat

Anyone in Houston area that can help our mustang race team with the computer fix so we can remove our cat on our race car for better performance? I'm afraid of having it go into limp mode. I' figured for low cost I'd just break it up and give the remains to my neighbor who has a business recycling cats, but will need either an eliminator or some programming help.
