how do i aim my headlights?

i just bought hids and one light faces down, ive been told i need to have them aimed, do i take it somewhere or is it something i can do myself?

you turn the black screws with a screwdriver if i remember correctly

I havent touched a sn95 headlight in over 4 years. .

a haynes/chilton manual will tell you which screws to turn and which way to turn them.
