Did some final touches today and the result is amazing.After the IRS swap, I still had a lot of noises coming from several places, the 03 front a-arm balljoint started sqeaking horribly again after 1 week(WTF?!).Today, I finally had the MM subframe connectors welded in, welded the rear IRS brackets to the frame, topped the diff fluid, sprayed every single bushing of the IRS with telfon spray, changed the oil to Mobil-1.After that, I jacked up the front, cut a tiny hole in the balljoint boot, stuck a straw in there and complete filled it up with teflon spray and white spray grease. After that I sealed the tiny hole again with some SICAFLEX on my finger and BEHOLD! the balljoint is completely quiet again.Just got back from driving a few miles, the IRS is starting to calm down, the front balljoints and quiet and the entire car feels so much better thanks to the subframe connectors! Feels more quality-like, changes directions more quickly, doesn't feel like an accordion every time you set of from a stop.. it was a good day! :thumbsup:</blockquote>
