IAC help i cant find it

sorry guys i haved talked about this before i have idle issuses and someone suggust i take off the IAC and clean it they said it looks like a tiny pop can so i was looking and i cant find it :wall: can someone explain to me this is my engine bay thanks alot sorry

I see it... on the bbk intake tube... follow the first black hose ,coming from the filter up the intake, going to the supercharger... it goes into a metal can looking thing with a black knob looking thing on it... thats your IAC

You have a silly air whistle thingy for an intake, that's why you can't find it, but I drawded on your motor, (I'm not being an ass, lol, I was just having fun with that),

Thanks a lot guys i am glad i asked because thats not where i was thinking.. the silly whistle thing do you just mean the metal intake i know thats dumb i bought it like that my tuner told me that its bad because it heats up then its not really cold air anymore but it looks like a special one for the s/c so i thought i could not replace it

as long as there is a picture of my bay up i was wondering i have a NOS 5171 kit wired and ready (almost) that the guy before me used the line comes into the bay at the uppper left (in the picture) and i have the solidoids but i dont know where they go do they hook up to the BBK intake tube? on the intake itself? sorry i am such a noob but i would like to try and spray a little b/c my friends full bolt on 06 GT and i are dead even thanks for any advice :TY:

It would go on the air inlet, ideally, if you can, try to put it in front of the coupler, so it has a straight shot into the throttle body.
