Found someone near me selling a throttle body with elbow. Mainly interested in the elbow, but the seller has no info on the TB. Looks similar to a BBK, but it isnt marked.

the sticker for some reason reminds me of a proproducts, but I am not for sure on that. I know my edlebrock had its brand across the top of the flange in raised lettering so it is not one of those....

I also had one that looked the same by pro products. I could say I am %90 sure it is. There are not any marks/brands on the butterfly valve are there? Some brands engrave a logo there.

The seller only posted 3 pics... the third has less detail that the two I put in here.

Was gonna go check it out today, but he didn't mention he was out of town when I messaged him yesterday.

Resembles pro products style. Not terrible, but not BBK either. I run proproducts. Go pick it up.
I tried. He's an hour away from me and seems like our schedules aren't gonna work out for a while.

$40 and still available new!!! No brainer to just order the throttlebody new.

The elbow tho, I dont see one offered new by proproducts. I see trickflow and eledbrock offers new, but dang $120.

I had the rpm's hang when I shifted with that tb myself. I had to add a restrictor to correct it. When I supercharged it I upgraded to a 75mm edelbrock and the problem went away.

The irony of going to that link, is that if you click the one on the webpage to see all of their products, you only get 15 and none of them are throttle bodies. LOL...

I'm not remotely interested in messing with another TB unless its 70 or 75mm. The BBK that came on the intake I picked up is for a 88-93 and half of the arm was cut off. Of no use to me.

Looks like I'm going to let the one on FB pass. I'm waiting on the SVE heads to get back in stock. Once I order those, I'll have the heads and intake in hand. A coworker has promised me a E303 cam. Haven't seen it.... but as long as it isn't trashed, I'm set. Well. Almost. Still thinking of getting headers, but with the prices I've seen, It'll be another 8 months before I have that much saved up again. There's going to be a restriction "somewhere".

realistically the throat on the cobra intakes I know is only 70mm. There is enough meat on the intake to hog it out and port it to match a 75, but just slapping a 75 on there and calling it a day will not do anything more than a 70 mm.
