Coolant rust motors from the inside and if there any coolant sitting it may appear rusty. Aluminum doesn’t rust, period. It oxidizes and looks like white powdery substance.  I just wanna take this time to thank Mr. Wizard for enlightening us as children and teaching us crazy science stuff.
