If your a 5.0 42"s will be enough. If your running a 351 I would go with the 60's at least. If it's a 4.6,im really not positive but I bet 42's will work as well? If your running over to the wheels you will want a different MAF or better yet use a slot style out of an 05+. The lightning MAF to match the 42's max out at close to 450. I believe the 42#'s came in the newer lightning's? Here is a few links from fleabay.
